Ian Bell

Ian Bell is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and controllership roles across various industries. Currently serving as CFO at Integral UK Ltd since February 2019, Ian has led significant initiatives in reporting, compliance, and process automation. Ian has a proven track record in generating substantial P&L benefits and delivering cost reductions during past roles, including Head of FP&A and Investor Relations at Interserve. Experience also includes interim management at Clarks and foundational roles at Balfour Beatty, Element Six, KPMG, and MacIntyre Hudson. Ian holds a BSc (Hons) in Human Genetics from the University of Nottingham.
