Ryan Coutu

Ryan Coutu has a strong background in engineering and project management. Ryan started their career at Bellwether Design Technologies as the Drafting and Estimating Manager from May 2011 to July 2014. Ryan then joined Middlesex Glass, Inc. as the Lead Project Engineer from July 2014 to April 2017, and later became the Engineering Manager from April 2017 to March 2021. From March 2021 to July 2023, they worked at Ipswich Bay Glass as a Project Engineer. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Engineering at Integrated at Work, which they started in July 2023.

Ryan Coutu has pursued an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Building Construction Technology and another in Architectural Engineering Technology/Technician at Southern Maine Community College.
