Steve Posluszny joined the ICS team as Technical Service Coordinator in 2014. He is the voice of the ICS Support Line. It is his job to ensure all the calls get routed to the right technician for the job. Another responsibility of his is to make sure all requests are addressed within the agreed upon SLA (service level agreement). He is the employee in charge of scheduling all hardware/software purchasing, onsite services, or any general questions or concerns. He received his bachelor's degree from Ramapo College and an associate degree in Network Administration from Devry University.
