Christina Long, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has over 30 years of work experience in the field of human resources. CHRISTINA began their career in the United States Air Force as an Air Traffic Controller and served from 1985 to 1992. Following their military service, they worked as a Human Resources Director at Edwin Watts Golf, where they effectively managed HR practices and implemented various protocols and compliance measures. CHRISTINA then served as the VP of Human Resources at ResortQuest, where they partnered with other disciplines to implement HR strategies and programs.

In 2011, Christina joined Atlas Air as an International Traveler, representing both Atlas Air and Omni Air International around the world. CHRISTINA demonstrated a firm understanding and respect for cultural diversity and effectively communicated despite language differences. From 2013 to 2016, they worked as an Area Human Resources Manager at Lowe's Companies, where they partnered with senior leadership to implement HR initiatives, foster a positive environment, and oversee compliance, staffing, and talent development.

In 2016, Christina was appointed as the Human Resources Manager at 2J Supply Company, responsible for HR functions within the organization. Since 2017, they have been working as a Human Resources Director at Integrated Computer Solutions, Inc. (ICS). In this role, they partner with leadership to evolve HR initiatives, negotiate competitive benefits, and ensure compliance. CHRISTINA also handles coaching and counseling, onboarding, policy and procedure development, and engagement for employees across multiple states and overseas.

Christina Long, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Troy University. CHRISTINA also holds a Master's degree in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma.

Additionally, Christina has obtained several certifications including the Predictive Index from The Predictive Index in June 2016, the Senior Professional Human Resources certification from HRCI in January 2015, and the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in December 2015. CHRISTINA also holds the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM since January 2015. Christina's education and certifications demonstrate their dedication and expertise in the field of human resources.
