Eric Pierce

Eric Pierce is the Director of Service Delivery for ICS where he is responsible for the execution of all Federal, State & Local, Education, and Commercial contracts and delivery operations. Eric is a senior leader, IT professional, and program manager with a strong history in mentorship/staff development, strategic planning, financial resource planning/management and IT operational management.

He has 29 years of Department of Defense cyberspace security/operations, communications and IT experience including 3 years on the Joint Staff, 7 years overseas, and 1 year in the combat zone. Eric specializes in Organizational Leadership, IT Operations/Maintenance, Program/Project Management, Motivation/Mentoring/Team Building, Financial Planning/Budgeting, Strategic Planning, Change Management, Negotiation, and Continuous Process Improvement. Mr. Pierce has multiple educational degrees, a Master of Strategic Studies in International Studies, from the USAF Air University, in Montgomery, AL; a Master of Arts in Management, from the Incarnate Word College in San Antonio, TX, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Management Systems from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, MI. Mr. Pierce is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute (PMI) and is a Certified Manager of Innovation by the International Association of Innovation Professionals (IAOIP).
