Pete Karolczak has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. Pete currently works at HP as the Transformation Officer and Executive-in-Residence, where they are responsible for helping transform and grow HP Workforce Solutions. Prior to rejoining HP, Pete was the CEO and President of Purple Koru, a position they assumed in 2020. Before that, they served as the COO and President of Integrated Cyber, a Managed Security Service business. From 2015 to 2020, Pete was the President and Founder of KITEA Group, a freelance network of former executives and transformation leaders that provided assistance to companies in various areas. Pete also has experience in interim executive roles, having worked as an Interim-CEO and Executive on Loan for an Australian software company. Pete spent a significant portion of their career at Hewlett-Packard, where they held several senior positions, including SVP, GM of IT Outsourcing and Enterprise Cloud Services, and SVP of IT Infrastructure and Operations. During their time at HP, they played a key role in driving transformation, including building next-generation data centers and overseeing the integration of HP and Compaq.
