Jim Jelinek

Jim Jelinek has over 20 years of experience in supply chain management and executive leadership. Jim is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Integrated Distribution Services, Inc. Prior to that, they worked as an independent contractor/consultant in executive leadership roles. From 2013 to 2019, Jelinek served as the Senior Vice President of Supply Chain at Pet Supplies Plus, overseeing all supply chain functions for over 450 retail stores. Before that, they were the Vice President of Operations at TOC Logistics, where they led a start-up global logistics management provider focused on innovative freight solutions for the automotive industry. Jelinek also served as the Director of Operations at Langham Logistics and the Senior Director of Logistics at Aearo Technologies. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Supply Chain Executive at The Timken Company. Throughout their career, Jelinek has demonstrated expertise in distribution/warehousing, global consolidations, ocean forwarding, international air freight, domestic transportation, and project logistics.

Jim Jelinek attended Portage High School, where they focused on studying Business. After completing high school, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Aerospace at Indiana State University from 1989 to 1992. Following this, they enrolled at Clemson University from 1998 to 2000 and earned their MBA/MHRD degree in Business and Human Resource Development. In addition to their formal education, Jim Jelinek also obtained a certification as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt from The Timken Company, although the specific month and year of completion are not provided.
