Wayne Porter

Wayne Porter has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Wayne is currently the President of Integrated Finance & Accounting Solutions (IFAS) since July 2021. Prior to this, Wayne held the position of Chief Growth & Delivery Officer at IFAS starting from June 2020.

Before joining IFAS, Wayne worked at DIGITALiBiz, Inc. for ten years, where they served as the Vice President. In this role, their responsibilities included new business development, capture management, marketing, sales management, and corporate branding. Wayne played a crucial role in leading the company's growth efforts into federal government agencies.

From 2002 to 2010, Wayne was a Vice President at CACI International Inc. Wayne joined CACI as a result of the acquisition of Condor Technology Solutions. In this role, they were responsible for evaluating and pursuing new business and task order sales opportunities, as well as developing capture, bid, and team strategies.

Prior to their time at CACI, Wayne worked at Condor Technology Solutions as the Group Manager of Sales & Marketing. Wayne led the Government Solutions Division and was responsible for sales, marketing, and proposal efforts in pursuit of eBusiness and interactive communications opportunities in the federal government and commercial marketplace. Wayne's accomplishments include winning a $50 million National Guard Communications contract.

Wayne's career began at EDS, where they worked for eight years as the Director of Business Development. During this time, they focused on new business development and task order sales to government clients, targeting agencies such as DOT, VA, and State & Local Government offices. Wayne established and maintained client relationships, wrote proposals and white papers, and participated in various marketing activities.

Overall, Wayne Porter has extensive experience in business development, sales, marketing, and strategic growth planning across multiple sectors, including federal government and commercial industries.

Wayne Porter obtained a BA degree in Communications from American University, completing their education from 1985 to 1989.
