Rich Crawford has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Rich started their career in 1998 as a Senior Accountant at Ernst & Young LLP. In 2000, they joined Capital One Financial Corporation as a Sr. Financial Analyst and stayed there until 2003. In 2004, they worked as a Summer Associate at Harris Williams & Co. and later became a Vice President at the same company and its subsidiary, Cobblestone Advisors, from 2004 to 2009. In 2009, they became the President & CEO of Integrated Global Services, where they led strategic initiatives and secured new institutional investors until the present. Rich also has experience in the coffee industry, serving as an Investor/Board Treasurer for Blanchard's Coffee Company since 2010. Additionally, they held a leadership position at YPO-WPO as the Southern 7 - Virginia State Membership Chair from 2015 to 2019. Rich also pursued a Full-Time MBA at Darden Graduate School of Business Administration from 2003 to 2005.
Rich Crawford attended Carpenter Middle School from 1988 to 1990. After completing middle school, they attended Conestoga Valley High School from 1990 to 1994. Following their high school education, Rich attended the University of Richmond from 1994 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting. Later, from 2003 to 2005, Rich studied at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
