Patricia Gilley

Patricia’s career in the motor industry began in 2007 at Gulf Electroquip, where she worked as an Inside Sales Assistant for the oil & gas industry. She rose through the ranks quickly, becoming an Inside Sales Associate in 2012 and Inside Sales Manager in 2016.

In 2019, Patricia joined IPS as the Gulf Coast Distribution Manager. Patricia has focused on enhancing customer service by improving quote response time, quality and accuracy of information delivered to customers, and engaging IPS Engineering resources for complex motor proposals. She has also improved file management processes for fast, easy access to historical data.
