Tyler Morgan

Tyler Morgan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales, operations, and engineering. Currently serving as the Director of Sales for OEM Partner Services and Senior Director of Operations at Integrated Procurement Technologies, Tyler focuses on enhancing customer service through effective teamwork. As a Co-Founder of 2by2 Capital LLC, Tyler plays a key role in managing systematic trading funds. Previously, Tyler was an Organizational Coach at Laguna Capital Management, where the emphasis was on transformative growth. Tyler's background also includes significant leadership positions at Reality Carpinteria as Executive Pastor and CFO, where strategic transitions and organizational management were key responsibilities. Earlier career experiences involved engineering roles at companies such as Raytheon, Openwave Systems, and Atk Mission Research, with a strong foundation in systems engineering and project management. Tyler holds multiple degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Physics from UC Santa Barbara and Westmont College.
