Manuel Bulwa

Manuel Bulwa is an experienced professional with extensive expertise in document conversion and imaging technologies. As President of Integrated Scanning of America since September 1993, Manuel has specialized in large-scale conversion projects, particularly in challenging microfiche conversions. Additionally, as President of the Central Coast ARMA Chapter from June 2010 to October 2012, Manuel led initiatives to promote records and information management within the community. Previous roles include Director of Imaging at CDG, a Boeing Company, and significant contributions to pioneering desktop check scanning in the U.S. Manuel's early career included positions as Executive Vice President at Xcel Business Systems and as a teacher in computer science at Academia. Educational background includes degrees in Computer Science from the University of Buenos Aires.
