Program Manager, Requirements Management Support Service at Integrated Systems Solutions

Prince Gilliard Jr. has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Prince began their career in the USAF in 1984 as a Colonel and Military Leader, serving until 2012. During this time, they held various leadership positions within the military.

After leaving the USAF, Gilliard joined the 100th Air Refueling Wing as the Commander of the 100th Communications Squadron from 2002 to 2004. Prince managed the operations and maintenance of communications equipment and systems, as well as the base's wide area network.

From 2004 to 2007, Gilliard worked at the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), where they served as the Deputy Component Acquisition Executive and later as the Chief of the DISA Director's Group. In these roles, they provided oversight and program management for various acquisition projects, working closely with senior leadership and coordinating positions with staff members.

In 2007, Gilliard transitioned to the 81st Training Wing, assuming the role of Commander of the 81st Training Group. As the leader of this training group, they were responsible for overseeing technical training in various career fields and managing a large budget, equipment, and personnel. Prince also oversaw admissions, course development, and facility management.

Gilliard then worked at the Secretary of Air Force/Policy and Resources Directorate from 2009 to 2012, first as the Chairman of the Communications Infrastructure Panel and later as the Chief of the Information Technology Efficiencies Division. In these roles, they led initiatives to reduce IT costs and developed efficiency measures for the Air Force.

From 2012 to 2013, Gilliard joined Integrated Systems Solutions, Inc., where they held two positions as a Program Manager. In the first role, they led a team to support the Warfighter in IT requirements management. In the second role, they provided insights and management for defense logistics research and development programs.

Most recently, since 2018, Gilliard has been working at CoSolutions, Inc. as the Director of Programs. The details of this role are not provided.

Prince Gilliard Jr. earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of South Carolina, where they studied from 1979 to 1984. In addition to their degrees, Prince obtained certifications in the Acquisition Professional Development Program (APDP), specializing in Test and Evaluation (Level 2) and Information Technology (Level 1) from USAF/HQ AFOTEC. The APDP certifications were obtained in June 1993 and April 1993 respectively.
