Alex Wessels

Alex Wessels is an experienced Exercise Specialist with a robust background in exercise physiology and fitness education. Currently employed at Integrated Wellness Partners since December 2019, Alex previously served as an Exercise Physiologist at Prescribe Fit and has held multiple exercise specialist roles at Integrated Wellness Partners and Columbus State Community College. Alex's experience also includes working as an Athletic Assistant at Capital University and a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at the University of Cincinnati, where responsibilities included teaching and assisting in various exercise science courses. Alex holds a Master's Degree in Exercise Science and a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science, both from the University of Cincinnati.
