Michael Stoops

Michael Stoops has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles related to healthcare and fitness. Michael currently serves as the President of Integrated Wellness Partners, where they oversee the company's operations and provides guidance on human resources, finance, legal, and marketing matters. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President of Operations and Director of Operations at the same company, where they were responsible for the success and operational effectiveness of the medical fitness centers within their portfolio. Before joining Integrated Wellness Partners, Michael worked at Wooster Community Hospital Health System as the Department Supervisor of Health and Wellness Services, where they created and directed the operations of the department. Michael also served as the General Manager/Athletic Trainer at Portage Physical Therapists, overseeing the Health and Wellness Center and providing athletic training services for high school sports teams. Michael began their career as a Minor League Athletic Trainer with the New York Mets. Overall, Michael Stoops has a strong background in operations management, strategic planning, and staff development in the healthcare and fitness industry.

Michael Stoops earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Sports Medicine/Athletic Training from The University of Akron in 1996. Michael later pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) in Human Physiology from the same institution, completing it in 1997. In addition to their academic qualifications, Michael holds certifications as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), a Certified/Licensed Athletic Trainer from the National Athletic Trainers' Association, and a Corrective Exercise Specialist from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
