Kathryn Carroll

Kathryn Carroll has a diverse work experience in various administrative and managerial roles. Kathryn started their career in 2004 as an Assistant Market Center Administrator at Keller Williams, where they gained experience in managing reception desk, office purchases, accounts payable and receivable, and supervising office staff. Kathryn was promoted to the position of Market Center Administrator, where they added easy-to-read summaries to monthly reports on budget and expense status and implemented cost-saving measures by bartering with agents and vendors.

In 2008, Kathryn joined Spinal Aid Centers of America as an Office Administrator. Kathryn was responsible for overseeing accounts receivable, accounts payable, purchasing, and payroll. Additionally, they served as a personal assistant to the CEO/COO and provided support to franchisees. Kathryn successfully increased cash flow by 30% within 90 days by implementing a new system for tracking receivables.

In 2009, Kathryn joined VAX-D Medical Technologies as a Front Desk Manager, where they were responsible for managing front desk operations.
