Aidan Tarling

Aidan Tarling has extensive work experience in the sales and management field. Aidan currently serves as the Head of Sales ANZ at Integria Healthcare, where they lead the Sales & Commercial team and drives growth in various categories. Prior to that, they held positions at Henkel, where they served as the Sales Director ANZ for Henkel Beauty Care and General Manager NZ for Schwarzkopf NZ. In these roles, they had full P&L responsibility and led a team of 30 employees. Before joining Henkel, Aidan worked at Johnson & Johnson in various roles including National Business Manager NZ Grocery and Category Strategy Manager ANZ. Aidan also has experience at Wilmar Sugar Australia Pty Ltd and Colgate Palmolive, where they held various sales and account management positions. Overall, Aidan has a strong background in sales leadership, team management, and driving business growth.

Aidan Tarling completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing and Management from the University of Adelaide between the years 1997 and 2000.
