Gema Rader, SHRM-CP, M.S., has a diverse work experience that spans multiple roles in recruitment marketing, sourcing, teaching, and research. Gema currently works as a Recruitment Marketing Specialist at Integris. Previously, they held the same position at CalTech, where they were responsible for creating and executing recruitment marketing and employer recruiting strategies. Additionally, they managed university and vendor relationships, oversaw hiring and recruitment processes, and developed new recruitment marketing efforts. Gema Rader, SHRM-CP, M.S. attended Angelo State University from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology. In 2016, they continued their education at Angelo State University and obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology in 2018.
