Matthew Villescas

Matthew Villescas has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Matthew began their career in 2008 at Independence House Pecos, where they held multiple roles including Security Technician, Case Manager, PM Supervisor, and Program Director until 2014. Following this, they worked as a Youth Corrections Officer at Gilliam Youth Services Center in the State of Colorado from 2014 to 2017.

In 2018, Matthew transitioned to the technology industry and joined NexusTek as a Service Desk Engineer I. Matthew provided client support via telephone and email for tier I tickets, troubleshooting server, networking, workstation, peripheral, and mobile device issues. Matthew also maintained comprehensive notes in ConnectWise and updated cases until resolved. Matthew then progressed to the role of Service Desk Engineer II, where they gained expertise in various technologies such as Windows Server, Exchange Server, VMWare, Citrix, Cisco, and more. Matthew provided client support for tier I and tier II tickets and utilized ConnectWise for case updates.

Matthew Villescas has a diverse education history.
