Shastian Wheeler

Shastian Wheeler has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Shastian is currently working at Integris as a Tier 2 Associate Systems Engineer since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked at KP Evolutions as an AV Network Technician from May 2021 to June 2022, and as a Project Coordinator from September 2020 to May 2021.

Before joining KP Evolutions, Shastian worked at Virtual Communication Specialists as an IT Project Technician from March 2020 to September 2020. In this role, they were responsible for installing computers and printers for new hospital sites, implementing workstation group policies, and reviewing construction blueprints.

Shastian also has experience in the telecommunications industry, having worked at Altice USA as a Retention Supervisor from February 2018 to February 2020, and at Suddenlink Communications in various roles. At Suddenlink Communications, they served as an iCare/Social Media Supervisor from July 2013 to February 2018, where they managed a team dedicated to handling high-level complaints and provided timely responses to vendors and executive leadership. Shastian also worked as a Technical Support Supervisor from July 2012 to July 2013, providing real-time coaching and training to technical support agents.

Earlier in their career, Shastian gained experience at Marshall & Swift/Boeckh as a Team Lead/Supervisor from August 2009 to July 2012, and at Nationwide Recovery Systems as a Bill Collector from July 2007 to July 2008.

Shastian Wheeler attended Tyler Junior College from 2006 to 2007, where they studied Information Technology. They did not obtain a degree during this time. In terms of additional certifications, Shastian obtained the following:

1. Crestron Certified DigitalMedia NVX Networking from Crestron Electronics in June 2021.

2. Dante Level 1 Certification from Audinate in May 2021.

3. Dante Level 2 Certification from Audinate in May 2021.

4. CompTIA Network+ from CompTIA in August 2020.

5. CompTIA Security+ from CompTIA in August 2022.

6. CompTIA A+ from CompTIA in February 2020.

7. Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate from Microsoft in November 2022.
