Alexis Pixler is a highly skilled Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Integrity Corps since September 2022, Alexis partners with senior executives to enhance employee engagement and manage a diverse workforce of over 450 employees in six states. As the Founder of Alexis Joy Business Solutions since July 2021, Alexis provides outsourced HR services including HRIS management and organizational development.
