Josh Stika

Josh Stika, CDLP, has extensive experience in the mortgage industry. Josh founded IntegrityLending.com in 2012 and served as the President. In 2019, they founded Clarity Quote and held the position of CEO. Prior to these ventures, they owned Innovative Mortgage Alliance from 2011 to 2012 and was the Broker/Owner of First Mortgage of Utah from 2005 to 2011. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Loan Officer and Branch Manager at Aames Home Loan from 2001 to 2004.

Josh Stika attended Utah Valley University from 1999 to 2002. Josh has not obtained any degree or certification during this time. However, they have obtained the Certified Divorce Lending Professional Certification from the Divorce Lending Association, although the specific month and year of obtaining the certification are not provided.
