Sagnik Ghosh

Sagnik Ghosh is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in various high-impact roles. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager on the Growth team at Personio since October 2023, Sagnik also contributes as a Fellow at the Integrity Institute since August 2021, playing a pivotal role in launching the institute and influencing transparency legislation in the EU. As an Advisor to Vittas Inc, Sagnik established the technical strategy and aided in investor relations. Previously, Sagnik managed engineering and data teams at Lendtable, modernizing operations and enhancing user experience. Earlier positions included impactful contributions at Clubhouse and Facebook, focusing on machine learning and integrity efforts, as well as a notable tenure at Thumbtack, where significant advancements in platform performance were achieved. Sagnik holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from UC San Diego and a B.S. from the University of California, Berkeley.
