Grant Peters

Grant Peters is currently a consultant at Integrity Locums. Prior to that, they were production manager at Animal Watering Systems Inc. from October 2019 to March 2021. Grant was responsible for managing and evaluating machine resources to ensure productivity, reducing expenses, and increasing productivity across all product lines. Grant also made sure employees followed industry-standard health and safety guidelines and monitored equipment to ensure that products were assembled properly. Grant established workflow policies that enhanced speed and efficiency within guidelines and created schedules for employees to ensure optimum staffing levels.

Before working at Animal Watering Systems Inc., Grant was a sales associate at Hendrick Buick GMC Cadillac from September 2017 to September 2019. Grant's responsibilities included converting showroom visitors into customers by understanding their needs and interests and matching them to the most appropriate car. Grant was also responsible for taking customers on test drives, maintaining a customer database, assisting customers with paperwork, and collaborating with team members to reach sales targets. During their time at Hendrick Buick GMC Cadillac, Grant led the team in sales for six months consecutively by 11.4%.

Grant Peters completed a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Grant then went on to Wake Technical Community College to earn a certification in B2B Marketing Foundations from LinkedIn.
