Paula Davis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compliance and learning product strategy. As Co-Founder of Integrity Matters since November 2022 and Director at Waypoint GRC since 2018, Paula continues to advance ethical practices and risk management. Previously, as VP of Learning Product Strategy at SAI Global from September 2001 to November 2017, Paula focused on innovative learning solutions to foster ethical cultures. Additionally, Paula served as Director of Compliance Programme Operations at SAI Global, where the role involved leading teams in developing and supporting effective ethics and compliance programs. Early career experience includes serving as Training & Competence Manager at CIS from July 1991 to August 2001.
