Michael Treat

Michael Treat is an experienced professional in the fields of security and emergency preparedness. As the Owner and Instructor at Condition Orange Preparedness since July 2018, Michael designs and delivers training focused on practical preparedness skills, including personal protection and civil unrest management. In addition to this role, Michael serves as an Armed Protective Agent with Integrous Risk Solutions, providing private security for large events and overseeing security teams. Previous experience includes working as a Corrections Officer with the Minnesota Department of Corrections and as a Security Professional with Allied Universal, where Michael addressed security concerns in various environments. Michael holds an Associates Degree in Law Enforcement from Inver Hills Community College and has completed specialized training through the Minnesota Board of Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST).
