Delice Javalera has extensive work experience in engineering, quality, and continuous improvement roles. Delice is currently the Vice President of Engineering at Integer Holdings Corporation, starting in 2024. Prior to that, they worked at NAI Group from 2020 to 2024, holding various positions including Vice President of Engineering, Quality, EH&S, and ESG. At Essentra from 2016 to 2020, Delice served as the Vice President of Quality, developing a quality strategy aligned with the company's vision. Before that, they were the Global Director of Quality at Infinite Electronics, Inc. from 2016 to 2018. Additionally, they held roles at Alutrim, NA, Group DEKKO, AEES (former ALCOA EES), and General Motors, where they gained experience in program management, quality assurance, and supplier management.
Delice Javalera obtained a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Chihuahua in 2003. They later completed a Master's degree in MBA from Universidad Complutense de Madrid in 2009. In 2010-2012, Delice pursued a Master's degree in Quality and Productivity from Tecnológico de Monterrey. They also earned a Black Belt Certification from Arizona State University in 2012. Delice further enhanced their education by attending Executive Education programs at Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, focusing on Financial Strategy and Decision Making, and at ESMT Berlin, where they underwent the ETP (Executive Transition Program) in Business Administration and Management. Additionally, they acquired several certifications, including Integrating ESG into business strategy from The Corporate Governance Institute in 2023, PMI authorized PMP prep from the Project Management Institute in 2021, and Leading ESG transformation in your organization from The Corporate Governance Institute in an unspecified month of 2023.
