McAlister Marshall

McAlister Marshall has extensive experience in various senior legal roles. Currently, they are the Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer, and Secretary at Integer Holdings Corporation. Prior to this, they served as the Interim General Counsel, Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer, and Secretary at the same company. Marshall also held the position of Vice President & General Counsel at The Brink's Company. McAlister previously served as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Chief Administrative Officer at The Brink's Company and Tredegar Corporation. Marshal's work history dates back to 2006 when they joined Tredegar Corporation as the Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary.

McAlister Marshall received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Religion from Hampden-Sydney College in 1992. Following that, they attended the University of Virginia School of Law from 1992 to 1995 and obtained their Juris Doctor degree. In 2011, they participated in the Advanced Management Program 180 at Harvard Business School.
