Richard Balducci

Richard Balducci has extensive work experience in the field of information security. Richard started their career at QIV Systems as a Senior Systems Engineer from March 1996 to January 1999. Richard then moved on to work at AIG, where they served as the Director of IT Security from January 1999 to July 2019. During their time at AIG, Balducci was responsible for managing various aspects of IT security and leading a global team of 35 members. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Information Security Officer and Director of Information Security at Integer Holdings Corporation, where they provide strategic leadership in information security and collaborates with executive leadership to define security goals and manage organizational risk.

Richard Balducci attended Western Governors University from 2017 to 2019. During this time, they studied Business Management and earned a Bachelor of Science degree.
