P. Geoffrey Lowney

Geoff Lowney is a seasoned computer science professional with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently, Geoff serves as a Senior Fellow at Intel since August 2001. Prior to this role, Geoff worked at Compaq Computer Corporation from 1991 to 2001, holding positions as Fellow and Senior Consulting Engineer. Earlier in the career, Geoff was the Director of Compiler Development at Multiflow Computer from 1984 to 1990 and served as an Assistant Professor at the Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences at New York University from 1982 to 1984. Geoff's academic background includes a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Computer Science from Yale University earned between 1977 and 1983, as well as a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Mathematics from Yale University completed in 1974.
