Brian Dienes

Brian Dienes has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Brian started their professional journey in 2010 as an Associate in Credit Agricole CIB, where they focused on Capital Markets Counterparty Risk. Brian then moved on to Tegris Advisors, now merged with LionTree Advisors, where they worked as an Investment Banking Analyst from 2012 to 2014. In 2015, Brian joined KPMG Corporate Finance LLC as an Investment Banking Associate, a role they held until 2017.

In 2018, they worked as an Operations MBA Intern at Second Nature, and the following year, they became a Senior Program Manager at the same company, a position they held until 2021. During this time, they also participated in The Adams Apprenticeship program at the Kenan-Flagler Business School, serving as an Alumni from 2017 onwards.

Brian's latest role was at Intelerad Medical Systems, where they held two positions. Brian first worked as a Senior Manager in Acquisition Integration from April 2021 to October 2022 before being promoted to Director in the same department.

Brian Dienes earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Marketing, Operations Management, and Entrepreneurship from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School in 2019. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance at the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business in 2009. Brian received their secondary education at Stanton College Preparatory School from 2001 to 2005, where they earned an International Baccalaureate diploma and was recognized as a National AP Scholar. In addition to their formal education, Brian has also obtained various certifications including an MBA Impact Investing Training & Network Graduate certification from MIINT Certificate of Completion, a Beta Gamma Sigma membership, a Management Excellence & Lean Six Sigma - Green Belt certification from Optness Institute, and a SPIN Selling certification from Huthwaite International. Brian is also registered with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) for Series 62, 63, and 79 certifications.
