Balraj Sagoo has a diverse work experience in the field of application support and technical support. Balraj started their career at Prime Bank Ltd in Kenya as an Application Support Analyst, where they provided end users with online banking platform support and trained staff on help desk software. Balraj then moved on to DependableIT as a Premium Technical Support Analyst, where they provided remote support for Mac and Windows end users and documented repair processes. Currently, Balraj is working at Intelex Technologies ULC, where they have held various roles including Application Support Analyst, Senior Application Support Analyst, and Support Lead.

Balraj Sagoo completed a Higher National Diploma in Computing at INtel College from 2011 to 2013. Afterwards, they pursued a BSc in Applied Business Computing at the University of Sunderland from 2014 to 2015. In 2016 to 2017, Balraj attended Humber College for Enterprise Software Development (Oracle Solutions). Additionally, they acquired various certifications including DevOps Certification from Edureka, IBM New Collar Professional Skills from IBM, ITIL from LinkedIn, Learning System Center Configuration Manager from LinkedIn, and a Higher National Diploma in IT from Pearson Edexcel.
