Al Eisaian has a long and successful career in the technology industry. Al began their career in 1994 as a Business Unit Manager at NMB (USA) Inc. Al then moved on to USWeb Corporation as an Associate Partner in 1999. In 2000, Al joined LowerMyBills.com as the SVP and General Manager. Al was responsible for the organization's overall development and execution of strategy. In 2001, Al co-founded Integrien Corporation and served as the Executive Chairman, Co-Founder, and CEO until its acquisition by VMWare in 2010. In 2011, Al co-founded IconApps, Inc., which was acquired by Science, Inc. in 2021. In 2014, Al co-founded Intelinair, makers of AGMRI, and served as Co-Founder and CEO until 2021, when they recruited a world renown agriculture industry veteran to become the new Chairman and CEO. Al currently serves on the board and provides strategic support for the leadership team. In 2022, Al joined Cognaize as the CEO and a board member. Al'sfocus is on building and sustaining a collaborative team of talented people who want to achieve something great together.
Al Eisaian obtained a BSEE in Electrical Engineering from Oklahoma State University. Al then went on to earn an MBA in Entreprenuership and General Management from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School. In 2020, they completed a Harvard Business School AgriBusiness Seminar. Additionally, in 2021, they obtained a certification from VC University ONLINE.
