Latha Raghavan has been working in the legal field since 2003, when they began their career as an Attorney/Partner at Goldberg Segalla LLP. In 2021, they began working as General Counsel and Vice President Operations at both ArborSys Group and InteliNotion.

Latha Raghavan attended Rutgers Law School from 1987 to 1989, where they obtained a JD degree in Law.
