Kevin Mack is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience across various roles in technology support and management. As a Senior Helpdesk Engineer at INTELITECHS since November 2019, Kevin is responsible for planning and executing IT projects based on input from a team of IT consultants and clients, ensuring the reliability and security of systems and services.
