Rick Malinowski began their work experience in 1972 as an Area Manager at U S WEST Business Resources, where they stayed until 1997. From 1997 to 2008, they worked at the State of Colorado as the Director of Information Technologies and later as the Division Director for CENTRAL SERVICES. In 2008, Rick became the Director of Asset Management at Dish Network, overseeing inventory, real estate, and fleet assets. Rick then joined Executive Forum in 2009 as a Senior Consultant, focusing on marketing and selling leadership training. Rick Malinowski attended Regis College from 1992 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. During the same time period, they also attended Regis University and obtained a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Market Strategy. Prior to these achievements, Rick attended Regis University from 1980 to 1986 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Alongside their formal education, Rick has obtained additional certifications including Certified Mediator from the Elledge Group and Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute.
