João Carlos Santos

João Carlos Santos has work experience in software engineering and development. João Carlos currently works at IntellectEU as a Software Engineer since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at everis as a Java Developer from 2019 to 2022, where they were involved in the development, maintenance, and support of web applications for EMA and SA3 projects, using technologies and frameworks such as Java, SQL, Angular, Weblogic, Jenkins, Spring, Swing, JavaFX, GIT, SVN, Jira, Docker, and AWS. Before everis, João worked at Atos IT Solutions and Services A/S as a Junior Java Developer from 2017 to 2019, where they were responsible for the development, maintenance, and support of web applications for the Portuguese Tax Authority, utilizing Java, SQL, Weblogic, and SVN.

João Carlos Santos attended Instituto Superior Técnico from 2010 to 2017, where they obtained a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Additionally, in October 2018, they received the Oracle Certified Professional, Java SE 8 Programmer certification from agap2IT Portugal. In August 2019, João Carlos completed the "Automate of Boring Stuff with Python Programming" online course from Udemy. Most recently, in July 2021, they obtained the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner.
