Kishore Kochi

Kishore Kochi has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Kishore is currently the Founder and CEO of RytFit.ai since January 2021. Prior to this, Kishore held the position of CEO at IntellectFaces, Inc from July 2015, where they were responsible for the company's overall strategic direction and driving business results.

Before joining IntellectFaces, Inc, Kishore worked at Fannie Mae as an Enterprise Architect from June 2005 to July 2015. Kishore also served as a J2EE Architect at Freddie Mac from July 2004 to June 2005 and as a UI Architect at Register.com Inc from February 2004 to July 2004.

Kishore's earlier experience includes roles such as J2EE Architect at US Steel from March 2003 to February 2004, J2EE Architect at Sprint PCS in 2002, and J2EE Architect at MDL Information Systems in 2001. Kishore also worked as an Application Architect at Cydent, Inc from 1999 to 2001 and as a Senior J2EE Consultant at Deploy Solutions in 1999.

Throughout their career, Kishore has demonstrated expertise in developing strong customer relationships, building high-performance teams, and delivering excellence in their work.

Kishore Kochi has a diverse education history. In 1989, they enrolled at Madurai Kamaraj University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electronics & Communications. Kishore successfully completed their studies in 1993.

Following a gap in their education, Kishore Kochi decided to further enhance their skills by pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. In 2008, they enrolled at Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business and completed the program in 2009.

In addition to their formal education, Kishore Kochi has also obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. In 2012, they became a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) through Scrum Alliance. In 2013, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma - Green Belt certification. Furthermore, in 2014, they achieved an ITIL® Foundation certification from PEOPLECERT. Finally, in 2015, Kishore Kochi earned an ITIL Intermediate Service Strategy certification from APMG-International.
