Julia Pogodina

Julia Pogodina is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in international business, corporate, and intellectual property law. As the Managing Attorney at IBCI Law Group since May 2005, Julia provides high-quality legal advice and solutions for both domestic and international clients. In addition, Julia has served as Of Counsel at Intellectual Property Law Group LLP since August 2001, focusing on intellectual property and corporate law. Previous roles include Board Member and SVOD Executive Committee member at the American Business Association of Russian-speaking Professionals from 2006 to 2011, Head of North-Western Branch at The Miel Group, and In-house Counsel at TRUD JOINT STOCK COMPANY. Julia began their career as an Inspector at the Criminal Justice and Economic Crimes Department of the Prosecutor's Office of Kaliningrad Region from 1988 to 1992. Julia holds degrees from the University of San Francisco School of Law and Immanuel Kant Baltic Federal University with a focus on law and economics.
