Olha Stanchak

Olha Stanchak has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Olha began their career as a Freelance Journalist for different newspapers in 2002, a position they held until 2008. From 2005 to 2012, Olha worked as an Assistant and Project Coordinator for NGO European Dialogue. In 2008, they joined Intellias as an HR Manager and Recruiter, a role they held until 2016. Olha then moved up within the company, taking on roles such as Recruiting Lead, Recruiting Manager, and Head of Recruitment Operations. Currently, Olha serves as the Head of Talent Management Office at Intellias, a position they have held since January 2020.

Olha Stanchak earned their Master's Degree in Journalism from Ivan Franko Lviv National University, where they studied from 1999 to 2004.
