Volodymyr Tymtsiv has a diverse and extensive work experience in the software engineering field. Volodymyr is currently an Engineering Lead at Intellias, where they lead a team of developers in creating secure and scalable digital platforms for clients in the Financial Services & Insurance sector. Prior to this role, they were a Java Team Lead at the same company, responsible for fostering innovation and collaboration within their team. Volodymyr has also worked as a Senior Software Engineer, delivering state-of-the-art software solutions and implementing robust applications while adhering to coding standards.

Before joining Intellias, Volodymyr worked as a Software Engineer at Grid Dynamics, contributing to the development of a retail platform and services for a personal care and beauty products retailer. Volodymyr'sresponsibilities included building microservices platforms, implementing solutions based on business requirements, and ensuring system stability.

Earlier in their career, Volodymyr worked as a Software Engineer at Intelliarts, where they played a crucial role in developing and enhancing a CRM system for customer services. Volodymyr also worked as a Java Software Developer at InterLink LLC, Ukraine.
