Andrea Shields

Andrea Shields has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Andrea currently holds the position of Vice President of Service Delivery at IntelliBridge, where they are responsible for developing and implementing strategic approaches for delivery, managing operations, and leading business development efforts. Prior to this, they served as a Program Director at Alethix LLC and as a Shared Services Lead at Brillient Corporation. Andrea also has experience as a Senior Information Technology Project Manager at USDA. Andrea began their career in the United States Air Force, where they held various roles such as Project Manager, Training Program Manager, Purchasing and Safety Officer, Staff Weather Officer, Deployment Program Manager, and Readiness Status & Training Manager. Andrea'sextensive experience in project management and leadership roles showcases their ability to consistently deliver high-quality products and exceed customer expectations.

Andrea Shields has a diverse educational background. Andrea earned an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Meteorology from the Community College of the Air Force, where they studied from 2007 to 2009. Andrea went on to complete their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Technology Management at Bellevue University, attending from 2015 to 2017.

In 2022, Andrea enrolled at Colorado State University to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Andrea'scurrent enrollment status is ongoing.

In addition to their formal degrees, Andrea has obtained several certifications. In 2017, they became a Certified ScrumMaster® through the Scrum Alliance. The same year, they also obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute. In 2018, Andrea received the PMI-ACP certification from the Project Management Institute. Most recently, in April 2022, they completed the Neuroscience for Business course offered by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
