Csm® Cathy Ivey

Cathy Ivey has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Cathy is currently working as the Manager of CTO Programs and Agile Projects at IntelliBridge since October 2022. Before that, they had roles in multiple companies. At Oracle, they worked as a Senior Proposal Manager and later as a Senior Proposal Strategist and Proposal Manager, where they implemented improvements in the proposal process and collaborated with teams to develop strategic vision for proposal responses. Prior to that, Cathy worked at Alethix LLC as a Proposal and Capture Manager, leading the management of proposals, technical challenges, and collaboration with executive teams on capture efforts. Before joining Alethix LLC, they worked at Deltek in various roles such as Team Lead, Onboarding Success Managers, GovWin IQ, Sr. Customer Implementation Manager, Customer Success Manager, Advanced Research Analyst, and Research Analyst. At INPUT, they worked as a Research Associate in both the Government Investor Advisor and Federal Opportunities teams. Cathy also has experience working as a Research Associate at Access Confidential.

Cathy Ivey, CSM®, completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications, Strategic Advertising, with a minor in Psychology, from Virginia Commonwealth University. Cathy attended the university from 2002 to 2007. In addition to their undergraduate degree, Cathy obtained several certifications, including the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance in May 2021. Cathy also received certifications in "Acting Decisively" and "Transitioning from Individual Contributor to Manager" from LinkedIn in July 2020.
