Y. Eric Holtz

Y. Eric Holtz currently serves as an Attorney in the Office of Hearings and Appeals (OHA) at the Small Business Administration through Intelligence Federal, a position held since June 2022. Previously, Holtz was the Head of the Bankruptcy Division at JP Amourgis and Associates from October 2013 to June 2022, assisting businesses and residents with financial relief in Northeast Ohio. Prior legal experience includes serving as an Attorney-at-Law at Graham & Associates Law Offices, LLC and working as a Practitioner at the Employment Law Clinic. Holtz holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Cleveland State University's Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Brandeis University, among other academic qualifications.
