Navnit Kapadia has a diverse work experience in the field of frontend development. They are currently working as a Senior Frontend Developer at IntelligenceBank since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Insight Timer as a Senior Frontend Developer, where they contributed to the design and development of new features using React, JavaScript, and Typescript programming languages. They also managed the functionality of the Teacher dashboard app using React, Typescript, Firestore, and Google Cloud. Before Insight Timer, Navnit worked as a Frontend Engineer at LOGICWIND, where they collaborated with cross-functional teams and completed four projects using React, JavaScript, Mobx, Redux, and Google Maps. Earlier in their career, they worked at Dreamworld Solutions as a Frontend Developer, working with web components and Polymer Web Components. They also worked as a WordPress Developer at EliteCore Web Solution.

Navnit Kapadia completed their education in the field of computer science. They earned a Master of Science in IT from Kadi Sarva Vishwavidyalaya in Gandihnagar from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Computer Applications degree from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University in Surat from 2011 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, Navnit Kapadia also holds a certification as Triplebyte Certified, obtained from Triplebyte in September 2022.
