Sevi Xenikaki has a diverse work experience. SEVI started their career as a voluntary laboratory trainee at the University of Crete in November 2017 and continued until June 2018. SEVI then worked as a research assistant at the University of Crete from November 2021 to April 2022. During this time, they also completed their Master's thesis, which started in July 2020 and ended in October 2021. In addition, they underwent advanced laboratory training from May to July 2020. Sevi also completed their Bachelor's thesis at the University of Crete from September 2018 to September 2019. Currently, they are employed as a Junior Scientific Associate at Intelligencia since October 2022.
Sevi Xenikaki's education history begins in 2014 when they enrolled at the University of Crete for their Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, General. SEVI completed this degree in 2019. In the same year, they obtained additional certifications including a Certificate of Proficiency in English C2 from ESOL EXAMS Α.Ε and a Laboratory Safety Seminar from the Institute of Molecular Biology and Biotechnology (IMBB).
In 2018, Sevi attended the Dendrites 2018 seminar organized by EMBO, focusing on dendritic anatomy, molecules, and function. SEVI also earned an IELTS Diploma from the British Council. Prior to that, in 2016, they obtained the Microbes: friend or enemy certification from the Scientific Society of Hellenic Medical Students (SSHMS) | EEFIE.
Sevi's education continued in 2019 when they pursued a Master of Science degree in Molecular Basis of Human Disease at the University of Crete. This degree spanned till 2021. Lastly, back in 2011, they earned a Goethe-Zertifikat B1 from the Goethe-Institut e.V.
