Sarah Gnielka has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Sarah started their career at Lufthansa GTS Group in 2009 as a Customer Service Consultant and moved on to become a Teamleader Ticketing and Trade and later a Service Delivery Specialist/Trainer on Demand. In 2013, they joined Lufthansa InTouch as a Global Quality Control and then transitioned to the role of Customer Service Manager. Most recently, they worked at Intelligent Debt Management, where they served as the Head of Client Service Operations and later as a Senior Analyst.
Sarah Gnielka obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Marketing from the University of Osnabrueck, Germany. Sarah completed their studies at the university from 2004 to 2009.
