Aaron grew up with baby chimpanzees in his home and once won the “Mr. Wyoming” competition by making a total fool of himself and dancing “mime karaoke” to Cascada.

In between perfecting his dance moves, Aaron has spent nearly 20 years starting companies and leading disruptive rapid-growth organizations in varied industries, including political campaigns, tech start-ups, and 85-year-old established energy brands. An admitted geek (writing his first computer program in the 3rd grade), it is no surprise that he has been on the forefront of using technology to fuel disruptive growth.

Aaron used to have free time, but now he’s the obnoxiously proud father of two young kiddos—so now he spends “home time” in gymnastics gyms or elbow-deep in Legos and homemade slime.
