Trudy Rapaglia

Trudy Rapaglia has had an extensive career in the technology industry, with a focus on field services, technical support, and project management. Trudy recently joined Intelligent Growth Solutions (IGS) as the Head of US Deployments in 2023. Prior to this, Trudy spent several years at ADLINK Technology, where they held various roles including Director of Field Services and IST Technical Support Manager. At PrismTech Corporation, Trudy served as the Global Technical Support Manager before moving on to become an Account Manager, Technical Support Manager, and Software Engineer. Overall, Trudy has a wealth of experience in managing field operations, technical support, and customer relationships in the technology industry.

Trudy Rapaglia pursued their higher education from 1993 to 1997 at the University of Sunderland, where they successfully obtained a BA (Hons) in Business Computing with French.
