Julian van den Berg

Julian van den Berg has a diverse and extensive work experience. Julian is currently the CEO of ISD - Intelligent System Design, an Australian research and development enterprise focused on Artificial Intelligence and Remote Sensing capabilities for various missions. Prior to this, Julian founded Aerial Industries Australia, which provided unmanned aerial solutions for inspections in heavy industries. Julian also worked as a Compliance / Project Manager at DBC Group Australia, and as an Environmental Supervisor / Community Liaison at Diona, where they were responsible for the development and implementation of construction environmental management plans. Julian's earlier work experience includes a role as Compliance Manager / Rope Access Technician at DBC Group Australia.

Julian van den Berg attended the University of Wollongong from 2006 to 2009, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc.) in Science with a focus on Environmental Systems in the field of Biological & Geoscience. In 2009, they briefly attended the University of California, Santa Cruz, where they studied Geological and Earth Sciences/Geosciences. Additionally, Julian has obtained a High Risk Work Licence for (LF), (SB), and (WP), from WorkCover, though the specific month and year of obtaining the certification is unknown.
